Tremco was able to strengthen the longstanding relationship with the contractor,
Wardell Group, which also gave the builder, HOLIS Construction, the confidence to engage with Tremco CPG.
Tremco’s
TREMproof 200EC,
Vulkem NEM and
Vulkem H2 Plus was applied to the internal wet areas and podiums. For the exposed roof,
TREMproof 200EC,
Vulkem NEM and
Vulkem 951 was laid. For the planter boxes, the application consisted of
TREMproof 201/60 with
Anti-root Additive. Tremco was able to support the builder’s construction time frames by providing Vulkem NEM, a single coat application product which also assisted in minimising labour costs to the contractor.
