SYDNEY, November 4, 2025 – Tremco CPG Australia Pty Ltd today announced its strategic acquisition of Nuralite Waterproofing Limited, New Zealand's market leader in waterproofing membrane systems. The acquisition, effective November 3, 2025, unites two industry leaders to deliver a comprehensive range of construction solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

The trusted Nuralite, Nurajack, and Outright brands will continue to operate as they do today, benefiting from Tremco's expanded market reach and resources.
