This project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art senior living apartment complex located in a bustling urban area. A significant component of the building was its extensive concourse area, which required specific treatment to ensure durability and health and safety for their elderly residents.
The main challenge faced was access limitations to the concourse area due to multiple trades working simultaneously on various sections of the building, creating congestion and impeding essential preparations.
Despite the initial access issues, the integration of AlphaGuard BIO into the concourse area was successfully completed.
