The Green Square Building is a model for combining education and community in a single, innovative facility. Responding to a rapidly growing urban area, the project delivers a vertical school with fit-for-purpose learning
spaces alongside versatile community areas.

    

Solution

Superseal successfully completed the project, ensuring the safety, longevity, and functionality of the outdoor areas by utilizing specific highperformance products:

• AlphaGuard BIO was applied to the open playground area over a soft fall surface. This liquid applied roofing system provides a durable, seamless, and root-resistant waterproof membrane, protecting the underlying structure while ensuring a safe play environment for children.
• TREMproof 250GC was used to waterproof the numerous planter boxes throughout the project. This rapid-curing, high-solids waterproofing membrane is ideal for containing moisture and preventing leaks, protecting building integrity.

The result is a vibrant, flexible hub that serves students and the broader community, setting a new standard for urban schools as central gathering places.
